60 Min Endurance Ride w/ Dumbbells #284

Join Lee for an advanced cycling & dumbbell combo ride that is focused on endurance and features speed pushing intervals, with speeds that go up to a max of 90 RPM, while maintaining a constant resistance throughout most of the workout. Expect to ride both in and out of the saddle. Halfway through class there is a light dumbbell section that focuses on upper body strength, and once the dumbbell section is complete you put the weights back down to finish off the ride.
