In this advanced level elliptical class, Lee guides you through a longer workout that focuses on building strength through incline. The workout features climbing intervals where you gradually increase your incline from 1% all the way to 12%. You then reset your incline before the next hill and repeat the same structure. However, instead of resetting your incline at the end of the second hill, you also work your way back down from 12% incline to 1%.
