In this 30 minute advanced power row, Lizzie leads you through a workout that is completely focused on building strength. The workout is broken down into 4 segments, each lasting for 6 minutes, with a one minute recovery in between each segment. Within these 6 minute intervals, Lizzie challenges you to hold on to a set stroke rate that changes by 2 S/M once every 2 minutes.
