In this shorter beginner level running class, Annelisa guides you through a workout that is perfect for those who are new to running on the treadmill. The workout features a moderate incline throughout with speeds that change during jogging and running intervals, going up to a max speed of 7 MPH. These jogs and runs are coupled with active recoveries, so don't be afraid to push yourself during these intervals. This workout can double as a warmup before a longer session at the gym, and if you select the SPOTIFY option, you'll hear a pop playlist that features hits by artists such as Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Shawn Mendes and more.
